1. Application Form

• The brochure and application form can be obtained from the school office by paying Rs.500.

• Alternatively, the same can be obtained from our website www.tvis.in

2. Submission of Application Form

• Duly filled in application form can be submitted to us through following process.

• a. in person at our school office.

• b. via registered post / courrier.

• Note: application forms obtained via online should be accompanied with a Demand Draft for Rs.550 in favor of 'The Velammal International School' payable at Chennai.

• Application form should accompany the following documents (as applicable)

• Birth Certificate (copy)
• Transfer Certificate / school records for the past 2 years (copy)
• Passport (copy)
• 6 passport sized photographs
• proof of address (copy)
• 3 Local Guardian's Passport Size Photographs
